At Jet Aviation Spare Parts, we are dedicated to getting your aircraft back in the air as quickly as possible. Based in the USA, we offer fast, reliable shipping to pilots, mechanics, and FBOs worldwide.

1. USA Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 states and US territories. Orders are processed from our USA distribution center.

  • Carriers: We primarily use UPS and FedEx to ensure the safety and tracking of high-value items like Garmin Aviation Systems and Bose Headsets. Small, non-critical items (like charts or simple accessories) may be shipped via USPS.
  • Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before [2:00 PM EST] typically ship the same business day for in-stock items.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free ground shipping on domestic orders over [$500] (Exclusions apply for overweight items like aircraft batteries or bulk fluids).
  • Signature Requirement: To protect your investment, all orders over $500 (including most avionics and active noise-canceling headsets) will require a direct signature upon delivery.

2. International Delivery (Worldwide)

Jet Aviation Spare Parts proudly serves the global aviation community. Whether you are in Europe, Asia, South America, or Australia, we can deliver your spare parts and avionics.

  • Carriers: We utilize DHL Express, FedEx International, and UPS Worldwide for the fastest and most reliable service.
  • Customs, Duties & Taxes:
    • International shipping quotes do not include import duties, taxes, or VAT/GST.
    • These fees are assessed by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
    • Jet Aviation Spare Parts cannot alter commercial invoices or mark items as “gifts” to avoid taxes, as this violates export laws.

Important Note on Export Compliance: Some advanced avionics, thermal imaging equipment, or night vision technologies may be subject to US Export Administration Regulations (EAR) or ITAR. If an item requires an export license, our compliance team will contact you prior to shipping.

3. Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT)

Since our inventory includes Aircraft Batteries, chemical cleaners, and certain cockpit essentials, please be aware of the following:

  • Lithium Batteries: Loose lithium batteries (often used in GPS Handhelds or backup systems) have strict air transport restrictions. These may be required to ship via Ground service only.
  • Fluids/Chemicals: Certain maintenance fluids are Ground-Only and cannot be shipped internationally or to Alaska/Hawaii via air.

4. Order Tracking & Insurance

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number.

  • Insurance: All packages are insured up to their full value. If you receive a package that appears damaged, please take photos of the box before opening it and contact us immediately.
  • Lost Packages: If a package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us within 48 hours so we can initiate a trace with the carrier.

5. AOG (Aircraft on Ground) Service

We understand the urgency of an AOG situation.
