Welcome to Jet Aviation Spare Parts (referred to herein as “JASP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

You affirm that you are either 18 years of age or older, an emancipated minor, or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms, and to abide by and comply with these Terms.

2. Purchase of Aircraft Parts and Avionics

2.1 Product Suitability and Installation Disclaimer

JASP sells complex aircraft spare parts and avionics intended for installation by qualified personnel only.

  • The User’s Responsibility: You, the purchaser, assume full and sole responsibility for determining the suitability, safety, and airworthiness of any Jet Aviation Spare Parts component for your specific aircraft or application.
  • Professional Installation: All critical components, including flight instruments, engine instruments, ADS-B solutions, and aircraft lighting, must be installed, inspected, and certified by an appropriately licensed mechanic (A&P) or avionics technician.
  • No Warranty for Installation: JASP explicitly disclaims any liability for damage or injury resulting from improper installation, misuse, or application of any product sold via the Service.

2.2 Pricing, Availability, and Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing, product descriptions, or availability and to cancel any orders arising from such errors. No contract for the sale of any item is formed until we ship the item and send you a confirmation of shipment.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Service, including the name Jet Aviation Spare Parts, logos, site design, text, graphics, and arrangement, is the proprietary property of JASP and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. Use of the Service does not grant you any right to use any of our trademarks, including the “Jet Aviation Spare Parts” trade name, without our prior written consent.

4. User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You agree to notify JASP immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jet Aviation Spare Parts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (iii) the improper installation or failure of any aircraft parts purchased from us.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California and the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be exclusively resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, USA.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the most current version on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
